PET Co-Extrusion Equipment for Multilayer Sheet
The PET Multilayer Sheet Extrusion Line combines main and co-extruders for multilayer PET production. Its equipment arrangement supports PET packaging-sheet projects where sheet construction is a key specification alongside width, gauge and output.
The PET table lists main-extruder diameters of 100โ160 mm and co-extruder diameters of 65โ90 mm. Listed capacity is 300โ1,200 kg/hr, line speed is 60 m/min, sheet width is 600โ1,450 mm and finished thickness is 0.2โ2.0 mm. Three chill rollers have diameters of 300โ600 mm.
Melt screening, metering with a gear pump and thickness scanning are followed by haul-off, silicone coating and drying, trimming and winding. Specify the intended PET layer structure and feedstock allocation when discussing the line. The final proposal should identify the extrusion and finishing configuration for that sheet rather than treating every PET construction as identical.
