Multilayer Construction or Side-by-Side Color Stripes
This category contains the PP/PS Single & Multilayer Sheet Extrusion Line and PP/PET Dual-Color Sheet Extrusion Line. PP/HIPS multilayer equipment offers double- and triple-layer sheet configurations with separate thickness adjustment and special deckles for width adjustment.
The dual-color machine creates side-by-side coextruded structures with adjustable stripe width. Its processing description includes PP, PET and HIPS, with multimanifold and single-manifold die arrangements and configurations without coextrusion feedblocks. Applications include hinged salad, bakery and egg containers and point-of-purchase displays.
The PP/HIPS table specifies widths of 600–850 mm and output of 200–1,000 kg/hr. The dual-color PET/PP table specifies widths of 600–1,000 mm and capacity of 600 kg/hr. Both list a 0.2–2.0 mm thickness range. For equipment selection, compare the required layer construction or stripe pattern, then confirm resin and production dimensions in the machinery quotation.
